Payment

1) Payment must be made within 48 hours after placing an order. Payment is via bank transfer (Maybank / CIMB) or paypal. Account information will be sent by email after an order is placed.
2) Please email after you have made the payment for speedier processing.

Shipping / Postage

1) Shipping cost is RM8 via Poslaju (each carrier weighs about 0.8kg). We charge exact shipping, we do not make money from shipping :D Orders are shipped out within 48 hours after payment is cleared.
2) Overseas shipping may be arranged, feel free to contact us ;)

Return Policy

1) All sales are final. We do not accept returns or make refunds, unless it is our fault (address entry mistake, color choice mistake etc). However, shipping cost is non-refundable in any cases. Please ensure all your details are correct before proceeding to order.

Safety

1) Please ensure that your child is carried safely all the time. Use common sense and your best judgment when it comes to keeping your baby safe and secure. We are not responsible for any accidents due to negligence, improper or misuse of the product.
